Trenchless Pipe Repair

What is trenchless pipe repair?

Traditional dig-and-replace sewer repair involves fully excavating the damaged pipes. On top of the expense associated with restoring your pipes, this method of sewer repair leaves you footing the bill to re-pave driveways, plant new greenery or repair holes in your floors or walls.

Trenchless pipelining methods makes it possible for us to fully replace a damaged sewer line without digging a massive trench or removing the existing pipe.

Our Advanced system saves you time and money

Our trenchless system is an epoxy coating system. Our system is minimally invasive allowing everyone to go about their daily lives. Epoxy coating allows us to restore old broken damaged pipes back to new again. The epoxy is sprayed on the inside of the pipes preventing further corrosion or deterioration leaving the inside like they were brand new.

The Coating process has three steps

1. Microcleaning or chaining this scrubs out the inside of the pipes leaving a clean surface for the epoxy to adhere to.

2. Next the pipes are dried. The technician will blow hot air through the pipe system removing the moisture.

3. The epoxy coating is applied generously to form a barrier on the inside of the drain. The epoxy will  leave a smooth coating allowing the water a smooth flow path.
