John, and a very nice co-worker (I didn’t get her name) came out and performed the necessary service; then listened to me as I further explained the problem. John got his snake camera and showed me what the problem was (not what I originally thought,) diagnosed what needed to be done, and explained to me how to accomplish what I needed. I didn’t feel “oversold” (as a service provider myself, I value this greatly!) because he showed me, and explained how to remedy what needed to be done. I asked him what else he would recommend, and he told me we would tackle the best long-term solution once we could fully evaluate the scope. I trust him to do right by my needs, and shoot me straight - unlike the other plumbing companies who I consulted with, that have minimums for “hours” and sales pitches.
